We are looking for an SAP Consultant (HCM) to provide functional support of SAP HCM solutions.
You will be a trusted advisor for our clients for the SAP HCM system with focus on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management (PT), etc.

- 1-2 years professional experience in SAP consulting and SAP HCM application maintenance.
- Functional HCM knowledge in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, etc. Experience in SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Good understanding of HR processes and the ability to quickly understand complex issues and contexts. Ability to gather and interpret client business needs.
- High analytical skills and problem-solving ability, including the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional business issues.
- Service-orientation with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
- Strong people skills. Build trust and relationships with clients and the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Very good knowledge of English (min. B2).
- Intermediate knowledge of German (min B1).
